Make no mistake; this is a mountain country styled home with modern comforts, surrounded by woods, pasture, pond and river.  Access is easy, with a short, flat drive on a well-maintained gravel road from the main highway with convenient parking for multiple vehicles and room for ATV trailers.

The large, covered porches are found on the front and rear of the home with seating on the front to take in mountain sunrises and sunsets and a hot tub on the rear deck for relaxing at day’s end.
 
There is a sizable pond just a few steps away from the front porch, and access to the beautiful and scenic Mancos River is a short pathway walk from the back door of this home.

Inside this timber frame home on the ground level, guests will find a large living room with gas fireplace, large TV and views of the surrounding grounds.  The open floor plan continues into a dining room with seating for eight, plus room for four more diners at the kitchen counter.

The charming country kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and modern appliances including oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.  Just beyond the kitchen is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.
Also on this main level is the master suite replete with king size bed, and full bath suite that includes large, Jacuzzi® jetted soak tub with rain shower head over tub, dual vanities and custom tile work.

At the top of the stairs, guests will find an open loft which serves nicely as a home office or sitting room.  Bedrooms upstairs include two room with queen beds, one room with full-size bed and the fifth bedroom is setup nicely with a trundle bed which makes two twin beds.  Upstairs baths include two ensuite, in-room baths with shower, and two more full baths are accessible from the hall and loft areas.
