This condominium building has both multi-level condominiums and townhome-styled garden homes and like this two bedroom, two bath condo on the ground level offering a deck / patio and a front porch with views of the common-area gardens and landscaping, as well as the surrounding neighborhood in the old East Avenues section of downtown Durango.  

Arrival at the property includes two options for access to the condo.  One method of access is the private, gated, secured parking garage, with one dedicated, reserved parking space and a second space available on an as-is basis. Access to the home from the parking garage is made convenient by either by secured elevator or stairs from the garage level.  

The second access is from the street-side, ground-level front door, with parallel parking on the street in front of the condo.  This front door entry is part of why we refer to this condo as having a townhome feel, and it’s a very easy, convenient three block walk from the front door to Main Avenue.

Entering the front door, guests step into the open living area which includes living room, dining room and kitchen.  Coming in though the back door from the parking garage, guests will enter the rear hallway from a back porch area.

The gas fireplace in the living room adds a touch of coziness and the large screen TV is ready to enjoy with standard cable service.  Internet access and WiFi is active, available, and ready for use.  The living room includes a secondary sitting area near the front door with a sleeper sofa and writing desk for studies or computer setup.

The deck, which includes gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining set, is accessed from the living room via glass door, while the adjacent dining room offers a second, convenient walk-out to the deck.  While the condo is on the ground level, we refer to this outdoor enjoyment area as a deck because it is elevated off the ground and fenced, providing for a private garden area feel in this townhome-like setting.

The modern kitchen is replete with stainless appliances and items considered vital by most people to make a working, gourmet kitchen.  The laundry room, with full-sized washer and dryer, is conveniently located in the hall nearby.

Down the hall from the living area, is the master bedroom that includes ensuite, full bath, a second bedroom with north-facing windows and a second full bath.

The master suite includes queen-sized bed, ensuite three-quarter bath with granite countertops, and a desk area large enough to function nicely for taking care of home office needs.

The second bedroom includes queen-sized bed and views to the lawn area on on the south side of this end-unit condo.  The second bath, accessed from the hallway, is a three-quarter bath with custom tile, and is conveniently located between the bedroom and living area.
