Arrival at the property includes a private, gated, secured parking garage, with one dedicated, reserved parking space and a second space available on a daily basis.  Access to this upper-level condo is either by secured elevator or stairs from the garage level.

The upper level walkway has a nice open feel and arrival at the front door of this home includes a patio entry area with outdoor seating.  Entering the front door, guests step into the open living area which includes living room, dining room and kitchen.
