This condominium building is a mixed-use development comprised of 82 residential lofts and office suites, set along the Gold Medal trout waters of the Animas River and the multi-use Animas River Trail, two miles south of historic downtown Durango, Colorado. 

The contemporary, somewhat urban ambience of the riverside setting is a fantastic location for extended-stay vacation guests, corporate housing and business travelers, or folks who simply want to experience Durango living without the worry and care of a lawn and garden.

Arrival at the property includes a private parking garage, with one dedicated, reserved parking space, and access to the condo either by elevator or stairs from the parking garage.  There is also ground-level access via a private entry for residents with additional parking on the street in front of the building.   

Entering the front door, guests step into a foyer area on the lower level which includes the two bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, and stairs that leads up to the main living area.  

The master suite with ensuite full bath, with king-sized bed, includes a desk area large enough to function nicely for taking care of home office needs. The second bedroom, just as spacious as the master, includes a queen-sized bed and is served by a three-quarter bath accessed in the hallway.  Both bedrooms share a balcony that faces East, providing beautiful morning light.

Arriving at the top of the stairs, guests will find themselves in the spacious and open living area that includes the living room, kitchen, dining room and two balconies, one on each end of the space.
