Seven Pines vacation rental home is a cozy, comfortable and updated cabin that is easy to access.  Located in the Vallecito Lake Resort Valley, Seven Pines is located close to the Vallecito Lake Marina, hiking trails two general stores and restaurants nearby. With year round access this cabin provides a warm cozy place to call home during all four seasons. A two-sided rock fireplace anchors the main living area, dining room and kitchen.  In the great room, vaulted ceilings and high windows take in the surrounding woods. The large front yard has a fire pit and large deck with BBQ grill and table for outdoor gatherings. The two-car garage is heated and has a ping pong table.

Notes

In winter (November through April), It is Highly recommended that you have a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle, vehicles with medium to high clearance and winter/snow tires.  Although the roads and driveway are well-maintained, they will be snow packed and slick.

A deposit on 25% is due at booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you are booking inside of 30 days prior to arrival then the total amount is due at booking.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.

In winter (November through April), It is NECESSARY that you have a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel -drive vehicle, vehicles with medium to high clearance and winter/snow tires. Although the roads and driveway are maintained they are steep and curvy and will still be snow packed and slick. Please be aware that if we have a heavy snowfall, the highways and roads have to be plowed first so that emergency vehicles can get through then driveways will be done so your driveway may not be plowed first thing. They do not plow neighborhood roads or driveways unless we receive 5”-6” of snow.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. Home is equipped with either a ceiling fan, box fan and at least one opening window to assist with climate control.
